Ben Leamon
Director & Co-Founder
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) & Bachelor of Economics
Ben Leamon co-founded DCISIV Technologies in 2019 and brings over eight years of multidisciplinary engineering experience spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
With deep expertise in machine design, robotics, and automation, Ben plays a hands-on role in delivering DCISIV’s industrial robotics and custom automation solutions. His capabilities cover the full spectrum—from mechanical and pneumatic design to electrical integration, machine assembly, and project commissioning.
In his role, Ben partners closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a project—from initial concept through to implementation—ensuring tailored, turn-key solutions that meet real-world needs. Known for his practical approach and passion for innovation, Ben is excited about the future of robotics and the continued growth of DCISIV.
Ross Leamon
Technical Consultant & Co-Founder
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic. RPEQ)
Ross Leamon brings over 40 years of experience in electrical trades and engineering, with deep expertise in complex machine systems, factory automation, motion control, and robotics. He co-founded DCISIV Technologies in 2019, building on a long-standing career dedicated to industrial automation.
Prior to DCISIV, Ross successfully owned and operated a respected control systems integration business in Toowoomba for more than 19 years. His extensive knowledge spans PLC and SCADA systems, motor control, and both machine and process automation—skills he now applies to deliver robust, tailored solutions for DCISIV’s clients.
Ross combines his passion for automation and robotics with hands-on experience across diverse industries, including food processing, beverage manufacturing, water and wastewater management, logistics, and both small- and large-scale manufacturing. His holistic, end-to-end approach ensures clients benefit from solutions that are not only technically sound but also operationally effective.
